Dudley Park Aquatic Centre Manager
The Waimakariri District Council is excited to present a new opportunity for an Aquatic Facility Manager to join the team.
As you are probably aware, the Waimakariri Council serves a community of over 50,000 people and has been, and will continue to, experience rapid growth in all sectors in the coming years. This growth has accelerated many strategic priorities for the Council which continues to strengthen relationships and effectively support the local residents and businesses across the district.
As the Manager at the Dudley Park Aquatic Centre you will be a passionate and enthusiastic leader seeking a role which provides direct contact with the customer and community. You will enjoy leading a diverse team to deliver a high standard of service and quality operations in a fast paced and challenging environment.
This role is also responsible for leading and developing our WaiSwim Learn to Swim programme within the district. Therefore, it is likely that you will have had previous experience in leading and developing a team who deliver Learn to Swim programming. This may well be supported by industry relevant qualifications.
